Usman Majid grieved over demise of prominent Contractor Abdul Rashid Mir's sister

Srinagar, Oct 22 (RNA): Former Minister and MLA Bandipora, Usman Majid here on Tuesday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the passing of Hameedah Begum, sister of prominent Bandipora contractor Abdul Rashid Mir. In his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, Majid prayed for peace for the departed soul and strength for the family in this time of immense loss. He noted that her passing leaves an irreplaceable void, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her. "May Allah grant her the highest place in Jannat," he added.
Leading a delegation, Majid visited the grieving family to personally offer condolences and express his solidarity with Abdul Rashid Mir and his family. He described Hameedah Begum as a humble and pious individual whose loss is both personal and profound. Her sudden passing on Monday leaves behind three daughters.
Majid extended his thoughts and prayers to Mirs' son, Contractor Shafiq Ahmad Mir, and other members of the family, wishing for the deceased’s soul to find eternal peace. He expressed hope that her legacy of love and kindness would provide comfort to the grieving family. "I pray that Almighty Allah grants the family the strength and patience to bear this immense loss," Majid said.
During his visit to their residence in Plan, Bandipora, Majid offered his heartfelt condolences to Abdul Rashid Mir, his son Shafiq Ahmad Mir, and the entire family. He stood in solidarity with them in this hour of mourning and prayed for eternal peace for Hameedah Begum’s soul, while hoping the family would find the strength to endure this irreparable loss.
