Srinagar, 16 Sep : In a significant development, former BJP State Chief Spokesperson (SC Morcha)Manohar Lal Rao resigned from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and joined the Indian National Congress (INC) under the leadership of J&K PCC President Shri Tariq Hameed Karra.
Welcoming Manohar Lal Rao to the Congress family, J&K PCC President Shri Tariq Hameed Karra and AICC Secretary, Shri Baldev Singh Sandhu, praised his decision to join the party.
