JD(U) Leaders Condemnation of Unfortunate Incident Involving Dr. Sameer Kaul

Srinagar , 26 June 24 (RNA) :- JD(U) State President G M Shaheen and State General Secretary Vivek Bali said It is with deep regret and concern that we address the recent incident involving Dr. Sameer Kaul, a renowned medical professional, who was subjected to physical assault by police officers. This unfortunate accident is not only unbearable and unacceptable but also stands in stark contrast to the values of respect and dignity that our society upholds for every citizen.
Shaheen & Bali strongly condemn this act of violence. Every individual in our society is respectable, and no one is above the law. Equally, no authority should have a free hand to misuse its powers. The principles of justice and fairness must prevail, ensuring that such incidents are never repeated.
We urgently request the Jammu & Kashmir Traffic Police Department to take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation. It is imperative that strict action is taken against the officers involved in this reprehensible act. Accountability and transparency are crucial in maintaining public trust and upholding the rule of law.
Dr. Kaul’s contributions to the medical field and his service to the community are invaluable. He, like every citizen, deserves to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We stand in solidarity with Dr. Kaul and his family during this difficult time and assure them of our full support in seeking justice.
