Brashtachaar Mukt JK Campaign Begins at Anantnag

Anantnag, September 04 (RNA): With rest of the UT, Brashtachaar Mukt JK Campaign Began at Anantnag with the flagging of JJM Vans by DC Anantnag from water treatment Bumzoo Plant Anantnag. He was accompanied by Executive Engineer PHE Division Anantnag Sareer Ahmad Wani and other officers. The DC on the occasion while speaking said that making Anantnag Brashtachaar free should be the prime aim of every citizen of the district. He stressed upon the officers to bring all the schemes of the government to the doorsteps of the public. He also said that since more than one thousand schemes are available online, therefore public should avail them. The DC along with all the participants took pledge also to ensure Brashtachaar free Anantnag. On the occasion DC also said that Jal Shakti Department ( PHE) Anantnag is putting all its efforts to make available safe drinking water to the public, adding that with the advent of JJM, Safe drinking water is being ensured through taps to all the people. Among others who spoke on the occasion include PRIs and other experts from various departments.
