Police seals Fried Chicken outlet in Sgr for using trade mark of multi-national brand unauthorizedly

Srinagar, Sep 04 (RNA): Police has reportedly sealed a “fried chicken” outlet in Srinagar for allegedly using the brand and logo of a multinational brand unauthorizedly. The Police swung into action following the court order. The court had directed the outlet to refrain from using the brand, trade mark, logo and advertisement of the multinational company “Al-BAIK.COM”TASTE OF MIDDLE EAST” throughout J&K. Sources told RNA, that an outlet had recently started selling fried chickens under the same trade mark, which was contested by the company in a local sessions court. The court after hearing the parties had restricted the dealer from selling, offering for sale, advertisement of fried chickens and products using the trade mark of AL-BAIK.COM “TASTE OF Middle east till the disposable of main suit. According to sources, following the court directions, Police on Monday sealed the outlet in Hyderpora Srinagar.
